OOTD: River Island x Office

So here's today outfit, I'm crazy about tartan and thought the collar detail on this River Island dress was to die for. To make it look a lil less like a school uniform, summer bay high anybody? I teamed it with black fishnet tights, chunky cut out buckle boots from Office and a cute leatherette bow barrette from HM
